And they’re looking for someone to help drive that growth from the front.
The Role

- Building a customer base. And ultimately, building something pretty special.
In your first few months, the focus will be heavily KPI-driven. You'll be expected to get on the phone, generate conversations, qualify prospects, create opportunities and convert leads into customers.
There will be plenty of calls. Plenty of targets. Plenty of activity. Plenty of Fun
And plenty of opportunity to make your mark.
What you'll be doing

- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
- Identifying potential customers across the AI, cloud, technology and wider digital infrastructure markets

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who are we looking for?
Personality matters. A lot.
We want someone who brings drive, energy and a bit of personality. You don't need to be the finished article. You do need to be hungry.

The Culture - This is important
We're not looking to build a boring, corporate sales floor. We're looking to build a fun, ambitious and high-performing sales culture. Think energy in the office.
- Team competitions.
- Celebrating wins.
- Learning from losses.
- After-work pints.
- A team that genuinely enjoys working together.
But don't mistake fun for a lack of ambition.
The expectation is high. You'll have clear KPIs, ambitious targets and plenty of accountability. In return, you'll have the opportunity to join a business at a pivotal point in its growth and play a genuine role in shaping what comes next.
Why now?
AI is changing the world. And AI needs infrastructure. Data centres are at the heart of that infrastructure — and demand for capacity is growing at an incredible rate.
With significant investment secured and an ambitious UK development pipeline, this business is in a position to grow quickly.
You could join now, rather than five years from now when everyone knows the name. You'll have the chance to grow alongside the business, develop specialist knowledge in one of the world's fastest-growing industries and build a serious sales career along the way.
If you're ambitious, energetic and ready to make your mark…
