Job Purpose

You will be responsible to drive and achieve sales targets.

Nature and Scope

  • Ensure maximum margin and revenue growth
  • Achieve quarterly regional targets and support overall sales growth
  • Ensuring top service levels are maintained
  • Offering top of the line after-sales support and dispute resolution
  • Flexibility to work varying shift patterns

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a prompt response time for all customer and internal inquiries.
  • Resolve customer disputes efficiently and professionally.
  • Prepare and process quotations and sales orders accurately.
  • Monitor all open orders to ensure timely delivery and proactive follow-up.
  • Gather feedback on quotations that do not convert into orders to identify improvement areas.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and promoting value-added solutions.
  • Support other departments by sharing insights on regional trends and customer requirements.
  • Stay up to date with new products, features, and market developments.
  • Maintain and update sales, quotation, and customer records.
  • Manage open orders and consignment quotations effectively.
  • Promote collaboration and harmony across departments.
  • Assist your line manager with projects and operational matters as required.
  • Be willing to work flexible hours, including occasional after-hours support for regional needs.
