Sales Executive
Location: Preston, Lancashire
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Preston. No previous sales experience is required. We're seeking individuals with the right attitude, determination, and desire to build a successful career in sales.
Through our structured 12-month sales development programme, you'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on support to help you become a high-performing BDE.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Identifying new business opportunities through outbound activity
- Managing your own sales pipeline and leads
- Conducting calls, meetings, and presentations with potential customers
- Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
- Learning consultative sales techniques from experienced professionals

What We're Looking For

- A strong desire to succeed and progress quickly
- A proactive "hunter" mentality with the drive to generate new business
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
Previous sales experience is not essential. We value attitude, ambition, and work ethic above all else.
