Sales Executive
Salary: £26,000 basic + uncapped commission
Location: Glasgow (Office-Based)
Flourish have partnered with a leading organisation in the fleet and fuel management sector to hire a Sales Executive for their growing Glasgow team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term sales career with a company operating at the forefront of both traditional fuel solutions and the rapidly expanding EV charging market.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of a high-performing sales team, you'll be responsible for engaging businesses across the UK, understanding their requirements, and helping them find the right solutions to improve their operations.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Making and receiving calls with prospective customers
- Building rapport and identifying commercial opportunities
- Managing the sales process and closing business
- Updating CRM systems accurately and efficiently
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Identifying additional upselling and cross-selling opportunities
What We're Looking For

- Basic IT literacy including Microsoft Office

Previous sales experience is welcomed but not essential. We're primarily looking for ambitious individuals with the drive to succeed.
