Salary: £28,038.15 per annum + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Job Type: Permanent

What You’ll Do
As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving our business forward. You will:
- Build strong relationships with potential customers, helping them discover their dream holiday home.
- Follow up on leads and manage a customer database.
- Showcase our holiday homes and ensure the highest presentation standards.
- Use innovative local marketing to promote the park and generate new leads.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial enquiry to paperwork completion, ensuring exceptional service at every step.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals who thrive on achieving results. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Proven sales experience (holiday park sales experience is a plus!).
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- A target-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding goals.
- Comfortable using computers and the willingness to learn new systems and software.
- The ability to adapt, think on your feet, and work collaboratively within a team.
