Sales Executive

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Sales Executive to drive new business growth for our cloud-based software platform.

This isn't an account management role, and it isn't about farming existing customers. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging and winning brand-new customers, helping to accelerate the growth of an established software product with a strong reputation in the market. You'll work closely with the CEO, giving you direct exposure to business strategy, decision-making and the opportunity to make a visible impact.

If you're a proactive salesperson who enjoys prospecting, running demonstrations, closing deals and building something special, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations
  • Building relationships with operational and commercial decision-makers
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline and activity data within Salesforce
  • Identifying market trends, customer feedback and competitive insights
  • Working directly with the CEO to help refine go-to-market strategy and sales processes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
