Role Description
This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is based at our Warrington warehouse. The Sales Executive will manage and grow relationships with existing and new business customers, including independent retailers and online sellers. Daily tasks include:

The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order processing. The Sales Executive will also contribute to pricing discussions, participate in promotional campaigns, and provide market feedback to support commercial strategy and product selection.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales and account management skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and relationship building with business customers.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with confidence in phone, email, and in-person interaction.
- Commercial awareness and basic understanding of retail and e-commerce, ideally including marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon.
- Proficiency with standard office software and CRM tools, with attention to detail in data entry and order tracking.
- Organized and proactive work style, able to manage multiple customer requests and priorities in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
- Previous experience in B2B wholesale, distribution, or similar sales setting is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Warrington, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and uphold inclusive, customer-focused values.
- Relevant education or training in sales, business, or a related field is advantageous but equivalent experience is also valued.
