Job Title: Sales Executive
We are looking for a Sales Executive to lead strategic growth initiatives and strengthen our market presence in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Hunt & Prospect
- Proactively source and qualify leads through cold calling, strategic emailing, and social selling. Build your pipeline.
- Pitch & Demo
- Run high-impact discovery calls and engaging product demos that clearly communicate value and solve real customer pain points.
- Close & Win
- Handle objections, navigate negotiations, and consistently hit or exceed monthly targets (sales activities, demos booked, and quotas).
- Maintain CRM Excellence
- Maintain rigorous tracking of all sales activities. Treat your pipeline as your business, keep it accurate, current, and impeccably organised at all times.
- Collaborate & Improve
- Work with Product, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to accelerate deals and shape sales strategy.
- Learn & Grow
- Continuously level up knowledge of the product, market, internal tools, and sales skills. Take initiative to proactively self-learn using available resources.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in outbound B2B SaaS sales with strong results and quota achievement.
- Strong understanding of the UK business landscape and HR/recruitment tech challenges.
- Comfortable with CRM and sales tools.
