About Dalux

Dalux develops and sells innovative and market-leading software solutions to contractors in the civil engineering and infrastructure sectors. We are in a very strong growth phase and are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with strong analytical skills who can help build, develop and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.

Your Role

As our new Sales Executive focused on the infrastructure segment, you will be responsible for key sales activities that drive Dalux’s continued growth and success in the UK infrastructure sector. You will establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships while identifying new applications and opportunities to expand our product offerings.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying new sales opportunities for both existing and potential customers
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Ensuring the successful implementation of Dalux’s software in collaboration with our skilled Customer Success Managers
  • Providing technical advice and support to both existing and new customers on Dalux’s software
  • Representing Dalux at trade fairs, conferences, webinars, and other industry events

You will primarily work with professionals in the infrastructure industry who use our software to optimize workflows, enhance quality, and improve resource efficiency. In this role, you will spend a significant amount of time meeting with customers, so regular travel across the UK is required. You can read more about our projects here: InfraField - Dalux.

Proactive & Service-Oriented Team Player

We imagine that you are currently in a similar role, with experience in selling complex B2B SaaS solutions and extensive knowledge of infrastructure within the construction industry.

You are structured, proactive, and thrive in a role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on sales execution. In customer meetings, whether in person or online, you can professionally and constructively challenge and uncover customer needs. You enjoy negotiating with decision-makers while also fostering strong relationships with end-users. Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

You will be based in our Leeds office and collaborate with colleagues across Europe. We regularly meet up at our Copenhagen HQ for team gatherings, knowledge sharing, and fun activities that build strong bonds across locations.
