Sales Executive
We are recruiting a Sales Executive to join a successful and customer-focused insurance business. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with strong sales and customer service skills who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing existing customer relationships, and ensuring customers receive a professional and compliant service throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Manage and review existing customer accounts to maximize retention and identify growth opportunities.
- Proactively cross-sell and promote additional products and services where appropriate.
- Gather and assess customer information to provide suitable recommendations and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and opportunities.
- Process customer requests and documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all activity is carried out in line with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the wider team in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving business objectives.

About You
- Previous experience in a sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing role, ideally within Insurance.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and target-driven approach.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Previous experience within insurance or financial services would be advantageous but is not essential.
