Who we are

CameraMatics helps fleets run safer and smarter. We’re on a mission to transform how fleets operate, using cutting-edge camera technology, AI, machine learning and telematics to make roads safer and businesses smarter. When a driver gets home safely, or a fleet manager spends less time buried in paperwork, that’s the difference our technology can make. We’re a fast growing international SaaS business, and we’re looking for someone who wants to help us grow across Ireland while building a sales career of their own.

The role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to build a career from the ground up. You don’t need years of sales experience, an established network or a book of contacts. You do need curiosity, determination and the ambition to become very good at sales.

This is an opportunity to learn by doing, with coaching from experienced salespeople, time alongside our leadership team and involvement in real customer opportunities. You’ll learn how to open conversations, understand customer challenges, build relationships and close deals.

This is a hands-on role - You’ll spend time speaking with fleet operators and visiting the depots, yards and sites where our customers work. You’ll build your own pipeline, take ownership of your results and learn from the deals you win and the ones you don’t.

This is a primarily remote role based in the Republic of Ireland, with travel to customer sites and Cameramatics offices as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
