About the Role
Crown Workspace is a specialist division within Crown Worldwide Group focused on the management, relocation, and transformation of workplace environments. Through tailored solutions, you will work to ensure businesses experience minimal disruption during moves and enjoy productive, well-organised workspaces.
This role sits at the intersection of supply chain logistics and specialist IT lifecycle services. The Sales Executive will own a £2.3M overall revenue target, anchored by a secured client portfolio currently generating £1.6M.
The mandate is twofold: protect and expand revenue within existing accounts while driving disciplined net-new growth. The primary focus is to build and monetise strategic relationships across the IT Channel, positioning Crown Workspace as the preferred logistics, deployment, and lifecycle partner.
This is a high-visibility commercial role requiring credible sector knowledge across pre-deployment logistics, hardware staging, field engineering, and secure IT Asset Disposition (ITAD).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You’ll Do
- Target, prospect, and win new logos to deliver the approximately £700k new-business growth component of the annual target.
- Map, engage, and onboard VARs, MSPs, OEM resellers, systems integrators, and distributors. Position Crown Workspace as the preferred white-label or subcontracted logistics and deployment partner.
- Build tailored service packages combining storage, configuration, deployment, and end-of-life handling.
- Own and develop the existing £1.6M account portfolio, maintaining service quality, contract compliance, and renewal discipline.
- Identify and convert upsell opportunities across IT engineering, secure staging, and ITAD solutions.
- Work with operations, technical engineering, and warehouse teams to confirm bespoke requirements are deliverable and profitably priced.
- Maintain disciplined CRM records, qualified pipeline coverage, accurate forecasting, and clear next actions for every material opportunity.
- Secure warehousing, inventory management, asset tagging, kitting, custom imaging, and hardware staging before rollout.
- On-site deployment, rack-and-stack, desk-side hardware connections, IMAC, and field support.
- Secure data sanitisation and destruction to ADISA-compliant standards, certified recycling, component harvesting, remarketing, and refurbishment.
- Short-to-medium-term secure storage for staged IT hardware rollouts.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of three years of successful B2B sales experience within IT logistics, IT lifecycle services, ITAD, or technical VAR/MSP delivery networks. Candidates without direct service-line experience will not be considered.
- A demonstrable record of building, managing, and monetising relationships with IT Channel partners.
- Evidence of consistently achieving or exceeding £1M+ targets in service-led sales environments.
- Able to discuss hardware specifications, staging, data-security standards, and logistics workflows credibly with technical and procurement stakeholders.
- Experienced in complex, multi-year service contracts and RFP processes, with discipline around margin, scope, and delivery risk.
- A structured self-starter who can balance account requirements with a disciplined outbound new-business plan.
