Sales Executive

Hybrid | Location: Glasgow, Scotland | Type: Full-Time

About The Role

Our client is a fast-growing Microsoft Partner specialising in AI enablement, implementation and agent delivery, helping organisations move from AI experimentation to real, measurable business impact. As they continue to scale, they are looking for a Sales Executive to join their growing commercial team. This is a hybrid role, primarily focused on new business development, with the opportunity to build lasting relationships with the clients you bring on board. It's well suited to someone who's driven by generating opportunities and closing deals, but who also enjoys nurturing accounts once they've landed them. You will work closely with delivery, enablement and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handover and a joined-up client experience from first contact through to long-term partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, outreach and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Own the sales cycle end-to-end — from initial contact and qualification through to proposal, negotiation and close.
  • Understand each prospect's business goals and challenges, positioning the right services and solutions to meet them.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, tracking activity and forecasting revenue using CRM tools.
  • Support the coordination of client onboarding once deals are closed, working alongside delivery consultants to ensure a strong start to the relationship.
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts post-sale, identifying opportunities to expand engagements or introduce new services.
  • Prepare client-facing materials, proposals and pitch decks to support the sales process.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, delivery and enablement teams to ensure consistency throughout the client journey.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
