I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For
We’re open on background - we’re strong on mindset.
Although retail or grocery experience is ideal, it can be learned quickly. Drive, curiosity and accountability are what make the difference.
But what really matters is that you
- Enjoy speaking to new people and building rapport

- Take ownership rather than waiting to be told
- Are organised and proactive
- Are comfortable working independently
- Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months
If you’re ready to build relationships, grow accounts and make your mark in field sales - apply today.
Please note: You’ll be representing frozen food brands, so this role involves significant time working in store freezer environments. Protective clothing - such as hat, gloves, jacket - are provided.
Early applications are strongly encouraged as we reserve the right to pause or close this vacancy prior to the listed closing date.
