We're growing our Sales Team in Telford and have the following opportunities available:

Sales Executive – Lead Generator £27,500 a year + uncapped commission Guaranteed commission for first 3 months (tracking £31,000 P.A) Realistic OTE: £45,000+

Sales Executive – Closer £30,000 a year + uncapped commission Guaranteed commission for first 3 months (tracking £38,000 P.A) Realistic OTE: £65,000+

Hours: Mon – Thurs: 9:00am – 5:30pm Fri: 9:00am – 3:00pm

What you'll be doing

  • Making outbound calls to businesses to qualify their telecoms requirements and create business solutions
  • Building and managing successful customer relationships
  • Listening to customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions to make sales
  • Negotiating prices, costs, delivery, and specifications with customers and managers
  • Achieving KPI and targets, including volume and profit
  • Cleansing data on the company’s database
  • Effectively managing existing accounts and identifying opportunities for further business
