Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the West Midlands. The Sales Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of clients in the commercial catering and hospitality sector, including identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and conducting site visits. The Sales Executive will represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows, promoting the brand and building long-lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in B2B environments, ideally within commercial catering equipment, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, including the ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities, with confidence in conducting face-to-face and telephone sales meetings.
  • Basic technical understanding of commercial catering equipment or willingness to learn product specifications and installation considerations.
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple opportunities and meeting deadlines.
  • Comfort with using CRM systems, email, and basic office software for sales administration and reporting.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the region for client visits.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with design, installation, and support teams, and to contribute positively to a professional workplace culture.
