Role Description
The Sales Executive will work full time on-site at Pod Digital Marketing’s Lutterworth location, focusing on generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and qualifying leads
- Conducting discovery calls
- Preparing and delivering tailored sales presentations
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals

The role involves collaborating closely with marketing and account management teams to:

- Understand service offerings

The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in the CRM, track performance against targets, and provide feedback on market trends and client needs. This position requires proactive outreach, regular in-person and virtual meetings, and consistent follow-up to build long-term, trust-based partnerships.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in consultative selling, lead generation, and pipeline management, with the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in presenting digital marketing solutions, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, and aligning these services with client business goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with decision makers across diverse industries.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, including effective use of CRM tools, reporting, and follow-up to manage multiple opportunities at once.
- Comfort working closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to proposals, and translating technical or marketing concepts into clear business value.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, agency, or marketing environment is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Lutterworth, with a proactive, self-driven approach and a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and professional conduct.
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
