We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing DTC pet subscription brand. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys speaking directly with customers across phone, email, and in-person events, while using data and collaborating across teams to improve performance and support growth.
About the brand
At Different Dog, we’re on a mission to change dogs’ lives with real food. We are a team of passionate dog lovers who believe that nutrition matters, and our recipes are built on proven science, with support from our in-house vet and nutritionist. Having seen behind the curtain of the processed pet food industry, we decided to do everything differently. We are a subscription-based B Corp™ delivering hand-cooked, healthy food to over 20,000 UK dogs; our nutritional rating and customer reviews speak for themselves.

What you'll do
- Convert leads into subscribers & drive revenue growth (via calls, emails & F2F sales)
- Reactivate cancelled customers (via calls, emails, F2F sales)
- Deliver a first-class customer experience
- Represent Different Dog at trade shows, pop-ups, and industry events nationwide
- Provide feedback that allows us to continuously improve sales processes and performance.
Who you are
- 1+ years of relevant hands-on sales experience (a natural customer-first touch balancing sales with strong relationship building)
- Experience with outbound telemarketing and/or telesales
- Confident in handling all outbound channels (phone, email, in person)
- Proven track record in hitting KPIs and meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Highly organised, passionate, and results-driven
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work remotely and self-motivate
- Love dogs and care about their nutrition
- Ability to travel across the UK for events as required and face-to-face sales events
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
