Job Title: Sales Executive

Department: Sales

Reports to: Gemma Coffee, Sales Director

Location: London with remote working available where appropriate / approved

Type: Full time

1. Summary

An exciting opportunity to join Crossover's growing sales team at a pivotal moment in the company's growth. As Sales Executive you will play a key role in building and developing agency and brand partnerships, driving new business, and growing existing accounts. You will be working with genuinely unique technology. HOTSPOT is the only in-flight hyper-local optimisation tool of its kind in the market, giving you real conviction and competitive advantage in every client conversation.

2. Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of agency and brand accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and delivering an exceptional, value-driven client experience
  • Actively prospect and acquire new agency and brand relationships through outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts, expanding Crossover's footprint across agency client portfolios
  • Deliver bespoke, consultative proposals and pitches tailored to the specific challenges and objectives of each client
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to develop account plans and execute against revenue targets
  • Collaborate with planning and operations teams to ensure smooth post-sale transitions and outstanding campaign delivery
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM and sales pipeline at all times
  • Stay up to date with industry news, platform developments, and competitor activity, sharing relevant insights with the wider team
  • Support client entertainment and relationship-building activities

3. Person Specification

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising sales, account management, or business development, ideally within adtech, social media, or programmatic
  • A demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of paid social and programmatic advertising, with genuine curiosity about hyper-local targeting and technology
  • A consultative, solution-focused approach, comfortable identifying client challenges and positioning Crossover as the answer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident presenting to senior agency and brand stakeholders
  • Highly organised and disciplined, with strong attention to detail and a rigorous approach to pipeline management
  • Resilient, tenacious, and self-motivated, with a genuine drive to succeed in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • A collaborative team player willing to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues alike
  • Comfortable adapting quickly to changing priorities, new products, and evolving market conditions
