Graduate Sales Executive
Motor Parts Supplier - Castleford, West Yorkshire
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
The Role
A structured entry point into sales for an ambitious graduate. You'll start with hands-on time in our warehouse - learning our products, stock, and how orders flow - before moving into a full sales role managing and growing customer accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading automotive parts supplier.

The Programme
Phase 1 – Warehouse
- Learn stock handling, part numbers, and inventory systems
- Understand lead times and the order journey from warehouse to customer
Phase 2 – Sales Executive
- Manage a portfolio of trade accounts
- Handle enquiries, quotes, and orders; pursue new business
- Build customer relationships, backed by real product knowledge
- Work towards sales targets

What We're Looking For
- Any degree discipline - ideally engineering
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to start on the warehouse floor
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Full UK driving licence desirable
