Trainee Sales Executive – Kia Leeds Dealership
This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family-run business in the AM top 50 and represent one of our fantastic manufacturer partners. We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate about providing world-class customer service.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Generate customer appointments and prospect actively to maximise car sales
- Tailor your approach to individual customer needs
- Work to targets and deadlines, converting enquiries into sales
- Operate in a challenging, high-pressure environment
- Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism

Competitive Package
- Basic salary: £23,000–£27,000 (depending on performance)
- Realistic OTE up to £60,000
- Uncapped commission with higher bandings for high performers
- Basic salary increase every quarter

Work-Life Balance & Benefits
- 5-day working week (Mon–Fri) + occasional Saturdays/Sundays (shift pattern basis)

Flexibility & Closure Days
- Average 41.5hrs/week (over a 4-week period)
- Alternates Saturdays/Sundays with weekdays off

Requirements
- Valid UK driving license (desirable due to customer-facing role and company vehicle)
- Welcome to applicants with no automotive experience—training will be provided
