Delegate Services Executive
Location: London (hybrid working)
Contract Length: Ongoing, circa 12 months

Some of their events feature in-person elements, in addition to their virtual formats, and are run in accordance with the latest health and safety and Government regulations and guidance.
The Role / Position Overview
This role will operate on the front-line of the brand’s relationship with key delegates Globally.
- You will be responsible for ensuring you consistently deliver the highest quality VIP & Paid delegates to events, in volume and type.
- You will use a combination of outbound calling and emails to reach prospects and register them for events.
- Of equal importance will be responsive and accurate customer services, ensuring that delegates are provided with a premium experience and are encouraged to return year-after-year.
- This role will form part of the Delegate Services Department, which forms a key part of the brand’s ‘Premium Experiences’ strategy.

Requirements
- Ability to identify relevant delegate prospects.
- Deliver a persuasive and compelling case for why they should purchase a ticket to the events.
- Build a relationship with delegates to the extent that they see the events as a key part of their annual calendar and come back year-on-year.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly and annual delegate revenue targets across your portfolio.
- Develop an expertise on the agendas and issues of interest to prospective delegates within your assigned sector, with a view to improving conversion rates.
- Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs including call time and dials outs, set by the Head of Delegate Services Acquisition.
- Calling and engaging with prospective delegates, providing a clear articulation of event proposition and obtaining new registrations.
- To grow an extensive knowledge of the key players and organisations within your assigned sector, with a view to ensuring you have the right people and seniority in the room.
