SALES EXECUTIVE / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – LARGE FORMAT & DIGITAL PRINT

Hertfordshire | Competitive Salary + Benefits

Big enough to win. Small enough to make things happen.

We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded sales professional to join a successful Large Format & Digital Print business based in Hertfordshire.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a smaller, agile team where you can make a real impact — while having the backing, resources and wider capabilities of an established print group behind you.

And that combination is powerful.

Why this role?

You’ll be selling high-quality large format and digital print solutions, developing existing relationships and opening doors to new clients.

But you won’t be limited to selling one part of the market.

As part of a wider group with expertise across commercial print, digital print, large format, direct mail, labels and packaging, you can offer clients a much broader solution.

More capability. More opportunities. More reasons for customers to buy from you.

What you’ll be doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The best of both worlds

This is the bit that makes the opportunity different.

You get the pace, visibility and entrepreneurial culture of a smaller business — where your ideas matter, decisions happen quickly and your contribution is seen.

But you also have the financial strength, expertise, technology and diverse product offering of a larger print group behind you.

So when a customer needs something beyond Large Format or Digital Print?

You can still say YES.

That means a bigger proposition for your customers — and more opportunities for you to grow your sales.
