Founded in Beirut in 1993, Selim Mouzannar is a Franco-Lebanese fine jewelry house where Ottoman heritage meets contemporary design. The house is known for its distinctive use of rare, naturally colored gemstones alongside classic diamonds. Each piece is handcrafted in our Beirut workshop, reflecting joy, warmth, and generations of savoir-faire. Selim Mouzannar creates jewelry that touches the heart, tells a story, and creates lasting connections.
Role Description
We’re seeking an exceptional luxury sales professional to become the face of Selim Mouzannar at Liberty London. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving in-store sales, building strong relationships with clients, and representing the Selim Mouzannar brand in the London Area, United Kingdom. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming and advising clients, presenting collections, handling sales transactions, and ensuring an elevated client experience from first contact through after-sales follow-up. You will maintain product knowledge, support visual merchandising, and collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets. The role also involves managing client records, supporting events or trunk shows, and liaising with internal teams to coordinate special orders and services. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, confidently closing fine jewelry sales.
- Convert Liberty footfall and proactively build relationships with private clients and personal shoppers.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, private appointments, activations, and exceptional service.
- Develop expert knowledge of the collections, gemstones, craftsmanship, and bespoke services.
- Provide attentive after-sales service, including product care, repairs, and resizing.
- Manage stock, CRM records, and daily operations with precision.
- Collaborate closely with the wider team and support colleagues throughout the sales process.
- Share client feedback, market insights, and product needs with the UK Market Lead.

Qualifications
- 2+ years in luxury retail, ideally fine or high jewelry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with strong sales and clienteling skills.
- Experience building and nurturing client relationships; an existing network of private clients or personal shoppers within the London market is a strong advantage.
- Experience within Liberty, Harrods, Selfridges, or a similar luxury department store or concession is a strong advantage.
- Commercially driven, entrepreneurial, and a natural relationship builder.
- Confident with high-net-worth and international clientele; discreet and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative approach.
- Arabic and/or French is a plus.
- Right to work in the UK, with flexibility for weekends and occasional evening events.
