Across the DACH region, Buy Side institutions are facing increasing pressure to optimise liquidity management, improve cash visibility, streamline treasury operations and support more sophisticated investment and funding strategies. As organisations continue to modernise operating models, treasurers and finance leaders require technology that delivers real-time visibility, improved forecasting, stronger controls and greater operational efficiency.

The impact you'll have
We are seeking a Sales Executive Lead to drive new business growth across the DACH market, building executive-level relationships and positioning FIS Treasury Solutions as the preferred partner for treasury transformation initiatives.
This role is focused on winning new business and expanding FIS' presence within the Buy Side market across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will identify, qualify and close strategic opportunities with some of the region's most sophisticated financial institutions, helping clients modernise treasury operations while delivering significant revenue growth for FIS.
Success in the role will be measured through:
- Pipeline creation
- New logo acquisition
- Strategic account penetration
- Long-term revenue growth
You'll:
- Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on Buy Side organisations across the DACH region.
- Identify, engage and acquire new customers for FIS Treasury Solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including Treasurers, CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasury Directors and Investment Operations leaders.
- Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through contract negotiation and signature.
- Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Product Specialists and Professional Services teams to develop compelling customer value propositions.
- Conduct executive-level discussions around treasury transformation, liquidity optimisation and financial operating model improvement.
- Coordinate account-based selling strategies for key target institutions.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and contractual terms.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast and opportunity information within Dynamics CRM.
- Represent FIS at industry conferences, networking events and client engagements throughout the DACH market.
- Stay informed on treasury, liquidity, regulatory and market developments impacting Buy Side institutions.

You'll represent FIS Treasury Solutions, helping Buy Side organisations to:
- Improve liquidity visibility across multiple entities and investment structures.
- Enhance treasury governance, controls and risk management.
- Optimise cash forecasting and working capital management.
- Streamline treasury workflows and operational processes.
- Improve decision-making through better financial visibility and analytics.
- Reduce manual effort and operational risk.
- Support treasury transformation and digitalisation initiatives.
- Connect treasury capabilities with the wider FIS financial technology ecosystem.
What we're looking for
- Proven success in enterprise software, SaaS or financial technology sales.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding new business revenue targets.
- Experience selling complex solutions into Buy Side organisations.
- Strong understanding of treasury management, liquidity management, cash management, financial operations or related technology solutions.
- Experience managing long-cycle enterprise sales processes.
- Ability to engage senior executives and economic buyers within complex organisations.
- Strong commercial negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Experience developing pipeline through proactive prospecting and strategic business development activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently within a high-growth, entrepreneurial sales environment.
Highly desirable
- Experience selling Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
- Experience selling treasury, cash management, liquidity management or financial operations technology into Buy Side institutions.
- Existing relationships across Asset Managers, Investment Managers, Alternative Investment firms or Wealth Management organisations within DACH.
- Experience selling into global or multi-jurisdictional financial institutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory and operational challenges impacting treasury teams within Buy Side firms.
- Experience managing seven-figure enterprise software opportunities.
- Familiarity with consultative and value-based sales methodologies.

The pay range for this full-time position is 90,930.00 - 145,490.00 CHF and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
