Are you passionate about cars, technology, and delivering exceptional customer service? Griffin Mill is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at Leapmotor & Fiat, where product knowledge expertise meets new car sales.

About The Role

As a Leapmotor & Fiat New Car Sales Executive, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers in the showroom and through digital enquiries, providing a warm, engaging welcome.
  • Share your knowledge of our vehicles and the latest automotive technologies, making complex features easy to understand.
  • Guide customers through the car buying journey, from initial enquiry and product presentation to test drives and vehicle handovers.
  • Listen to customers to understand their needs, creating a non-pressurised, friendly sales environment.
  • Use the latest technology, including tablets and video, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proactively follow up leads, negotiate sales, and achieve monthly targets as part of the sales team.

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for cars, technology, and delivering first-class customer service.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role (automotive experience is an advantage but not essential).
  • Confident, approachable, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Eagerness to learn and share knowledge about our brands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving license (essential for test drives).
