This is an opportunity to join a global market leader investing heavily in AI and help drive the adoption of next-generation technology across some of the UK’s leading law firms.

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow an established portfolio of UK Top 100–500 law firm clients.

This is not a traditional account management role. You’ll be expected to hunt for new revenue within existing customers — identifying new teams, stakeholders, and use cases, expanding relationships, and increasing the adoption of a growing portfolio of AI, SaaS, and legal technology solutions.

You’ll have an established customer base to work from, but significant scope to create your own opportunities and build your territory in the London area.

The Opportunity

  • Own and grow a portfolio of established UK law firm accounts
  • Identify new revenue opportunities across different practice areas, departments, and senior stakeholders
  • Sell a portfolio of AI-powered legal technology, software, and content solutions
  • Build strategic account plans to increase customer adoption and long-term value
  • Develop relationships with Partners, Managing Partners, C-suite, and other senior decision-makers
  • Proactively create pipeline through account mapping, stakeholder engagement, and targeted outreach
  • Lead complex, consultative, and multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through to close
  • Work closely with internal specialists, solution consultants, and customer teams to develop compelling commercial solutions
  • Negotiate and close high-value enterprise agreements
  • Take ownership of your territory and consistently deliver against revenue targets

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For

You do not necessarily need previous LegalTech experience. We are particularly interested in strong enterprise technology salespeople who know how to grow complex accounts.

You should have:

  • A successful background in Enterprise SaaS, software, or technology sales
  • Proven experience growing existing enterprise customers through upsell and cross-sell
  • A genuine hunter mentality, comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for inbound demand
  • Experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles
  • Strong strategic account planning and territory management skills
  • Confidence selling to and negotiating with C-level and senior stakeholders
  • Experience navigating large, multi-layered organizations and building relationships across multiple departments
  • A structured approach to sales, ideally using MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or a similar methodology
  • A consistent track record of achieving or exceeding commercial targets

Experience selling into legal, professional services, financial services, or other complex enterprise environments would be advantageous.

Why Join?

  • Sell AI at a major inflection point: AI is rapidly changing how legal professionals research, analyze, draft, and deliver work. You’ll be selling technology that is becoming increasingly strategic to the firms you work with.
  • Established customers + significant growth opportunity: Rather than starting with a blank territory, you’ll inherit an existing portfolio of law firm customers with substantial opportunity to expand relationships and uncover new revenue.
  • Global market-leading brand: You’ll have the credibility, customer relationships, technology, and resources of a major international organization behind you.
  • Strategic enterprise sales: This is a sophisticated, consultative sales environment involving senior stakeholders, complex buying groups, and high-value technology solutions.
  • Ownership: You’ll have genuine responsibility for your territory, account strategy, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
