About you
- Sales experience, ideally within lighting, interiors, or design-led sectors
- Open to candidates without sales exp from
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and consultative sales approach
- Experience with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
- Organised, proactive, and target-driven mentality
- Ability to engage confidently with clients, suppliers, and project teams
What you'll do
- Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients across various sectors
- Identify new sales opportunities and follow up leads to grow revenue
- Prepare tailored quotations, proposals, and project updates
- Assist clients with product selection and lighting specifications
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Deliver exceptional customer service from initial enquiry through to after-sales support
