TLC – Thames Luxury Charters operates a premier fleet of luxurious party boats on the River Thames in London, accommodating private charters for 2 to 600 guests. Known for hosting both private and corporate events, TLC provides bespoke experiences tailored to client needs. With 5-star fittings, professional yet personable staff, and an exceptional culinary team led by an Executive Chef, the company offers a range of catering options from light finger food to elaborate banquets. The core mission of TLC is to deliver unmatched quality and excellence aboard its London riverboats.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, coordinating bookings, providing tailored event solutions, and delivering outstanding customer service for private and corporate events aboard our luxury boats.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads to achieve sales targets
- Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact
- Coordinate and oversee event bookings from enquiry to event handover
- Provide bespoke event solutions to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with operations and catering teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track sales performance

Qualifications
- Strong sales, marketing, and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets
- Knowledge of the events and hospitality industry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven track record in sales and revenue generation
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Salary Expectation: £35,000-£38,000 based on experience
