Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns promptly.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Support the team with other sales-related tasks as needed.

Profile
A successful Sales Executive should have:
- Experience in sales or account management, ideally in the electrical and mechanical retail & Wholesale industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- An enthusiastic and proactive approach to sales.
Job Offer
- Salary between £40,000 and £50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- 15-20% commission structure.
- Office-based role with a 5:30pm finish and 5pm finish on Fridays.
- 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
- Permanent position with opportunities to grow within the company.
