Main Purpose of Job
Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients
- Identifying and following up new sales leads through networking, cold calling and referrals
- Presenting product and design visuals to potential clients in a confident and knowledgeable manner, showcasing the benefits of the O’Neills supply and support chain
- Keeping informed of market trends and competitor activities alongside customer preferences within each sector
- Positive collaboration with associated internal departments in terms of design, sales and production support
- Ongoing maintenance of appropriate CRM systems with accurate sales and client information and interactions

Requirements
- Proven experience in B2C sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights effectively
- Proficiency in CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and organisational priorities
