Main Purpose Of Job
As Sales Executive, you will be a key member of the team with a focus on sales in our Motability division. You will be responsible for developing sales, demonstrating vehicles at customers' home addresses, and securing ongoing business through long-term relationship building.
The successful applicant will be regionally based, covering areas across Southern England, with overnight stays expected.

Occasional travel to our facility in Bromborough, Wirral, will be expected in line with sales activities.
Person Specification:
- High degree of initiative.
- Previous experience working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Minimum of two years in a previous similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan workloads effectively, meet deadlines, and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Full driving license is essential as the customer base is spread over a large geographical area.
- Ability to work independently in a busy, active environment with little supervision and direction.
Required Criteria
- Right to work in the UK.
- The successful candidate will be required to set up their own appointments and will show a high degree of initiative.
- Minimum of two years in a previous similar role.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
- We require the person to have strong organizational skills with the ability to plan workloads effectively and to meet deadlines and demonstrate attention to detail.
- A Full driving license is essential as the customer base is spread over a large geographical area.
- Be able to work independently in a busy, active environment with little supervision and direction.
