TBC Conversions have a close partnership with Motability and major manufacturers such as Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Ford and MAN TGE.
Main Purpose Of The Job
As Sales Executive, you will be a key member of the team with a focus on sales within our Motability division. You will be responsible for developing sales, demonstrating vehicles at customers’ home addresses and securing ongoing business through long-term relationship building.
The role will involve travel across Southern England, with overnight stays to be expected. Occasional travel to our facility in Bromborough, Wirral will also be required in line with sales activities.
To be successful, you will possess a strong sales background. We require excellent skills in self-motivation, communication, planning and presenting, together with confidence, enthusiasm and great interpersonal skills.

Experience within the automotive industry is desirable; however, we welcome applications from candidates with relevant experience in other fields.
We are looking for a competent and outgoing individual who can help grow sales for TBC Conversions, achieving profitability and meeting targets whilst ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Person Specification:
- The successful candidate will show a high degree of initiative.
- Previous experience working in a target driven sales environment.
- Minimum of two years in a previous similar role.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft office and other computer systems.
- We require the person to have strong organisational skills with ability to plan workloads effectively and to meet deadlines and demonstrate attention to detail.
- A Full driving licence is essential as the customer base is spread over a large geographical area.
- Be able to work independently in a busy, active environment with little supervision and direction.
