We have a fantastic new role for a leading consumer goods company.
As a Business Sales Executive
You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing existing customer accounts.
Working closely with the Business Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding our customer base as well as looking after current customers and delivering an outstanding customer experience from first enquiry through to after-sales support.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively identify, qualify and win new B2B customers.
- Build, develop and manage long-term customer relationships.
- Grow existing accounts by identifying additional sales opportunities.
- Process customer quotations and orders accurately from enquiry through to delivery.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales support and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Communicate confidently via telephone, email, live chat and video calls.
- Use our CRM system to manage customer activity and maintain accurate records.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitors and industry developments.
- Recommend new products and identify opportunities to improve our offering.
- Represent at customer meetings, exhibitions and trade events.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, enthusiastic and passionate about sales.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
- A customer-first approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a successful team.
- A proactive attitude and a desire to continuously improve.
- Resilience, energy and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within lighting, interiors, electrical products or construction-related industries would be advantageous but is not essential.
