JustGo is a leading sports management SaaS platform that helps National Governing Bodies, sports clubs and membership organisations streamline the way they manage members, events, communications, qualifications, safeguarding and more.

Trusted by over 120 sporting organisations worldwide, our customers include British Gymnastics, AusTriathlon, Gymnastics Australia, Badminton England, Swim Wales, Special Olympics Ireland, the Canadian Kendo Federation, United States Twirling Association, and USA Table Tennis.

We’re growing rapidly and are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Sales Executive to help accelerate our next phase of growth.

What you will do:

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will:

  • Manage and convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) through discovery, demonstrations, proposals, and closing pitches.
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Manage assigned existing accounts, seeking further opportunities and engagement.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across sports governing bodies, membership organisations and government agencies.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of the JustGo platform.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to maximise campaign effectiveness and improve lead quality.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and sales activity using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to help inform product development, marketing, and commercial strategy.
  • Represent JustGo professionally at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings where required.
  • Travel occasionally to prospective meetings and industry events, primarily within the UK, North America, Europe, and Australasia.

Who you are:

We’re looking for:

  • UK-based candidate
  • 4-6 years’ experience in SaaS, B2B or technology sales.
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional-level English.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and forecasting revenue using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Monday.com.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand customer challenges and present effective solutions.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Experience selling into the US/Canada market is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with sports organisations, membership bodies or governing organisations would be an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
