Sales Executive
Location: Worsley – Hybrid
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent | 40 Hours Per Week | Shifts between 8am – 8pm
Salary: £27,560 Basic
OTE: Realistic £40,000 - £48,000 Uncapped Commission

Our client, a rapidly growing organisation that is centralising their contact centre, is looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join their growing Contact Centre team in Worsley.

The Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for customers making enquiries. You'll handle a mix of inbound calls and warm outbound calls, following up on website enquiries, helping customers find the right solution while consistently achieving sales targets.
You'll build relationships, understand customer needs, overcome objections and confidently close sales, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed sales
- Make outbound warm calls, following up on website leads and closing sales
- Make prompt follow-up calls to website enquiries
- Build rapport and uncover customer needs through effective questioning
- Sell on value rather than price alone
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Accurately update customer information within the CRM system
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction
- Meet and exceed individual sales, conversion and quality targets
- Ensure compliance with data protection and company procedures

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience working towards sales or performance targets
- Confident and engaging telephone manner
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle objections and ask for the sale
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Resilient, self-motivated and driven by success
- Good IT skills and confidence using CRM systems
- Ability to work full-time from the Worsley office
Desirable
- Telesales, outbound sales or contact centre experience
- Experience working with warm leads
- CRM experience, ideally HubSpot
- Background in retail or service-led sales
- Knowledge of GDPR and outbound call compliance requirements
