About the Role

Are you confident on the phone, motivated by targets and looking for a sales role with great earning and progression potential?

We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at TFAS Enterprises.

There’s no cold calling or prospecting for your own leads. You’ll speak with consumers who have already made an online enquiry looking for financial advice. Your role is to understand their needs and book them an appointment with a suitable Financial Adviser.

This could be a great next step if you come from sales, telesales, appointment setting, recruitment, business development or another target-driven, phone-based role.

Working Arrangements

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, working a mixture of 09:00–17:30 and 10:00–18:30 shifts, with a 4pm finish every Friday.
  • Option to work one day per week from home upon successful completion of probation.

What’s in it for you?

  • £25,000–£28,000 basic salary
  • OTE £34,600–£46,000 through monthly commission
  • Warm, digitally generated leads – no cold prospecting
  • Clear tiered progression structure, with opportunities to increase your salary as you develop
  • Annual performance-related company bonus and salary review
  • 25 days' holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Additional buying and selling annual leave scheme (up to 5 additional days)
  • 5% employer pension contribution
  • 4 x death in service
  • Free mortgage advice
  • £500 employee referral scheme
  • Regular social and charity events
  • Ongoing training and development

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
