Cosmiko is an innovative private label natural skin care manufacturer based at Thorp Arch, near Wetherby, West Yorkshire. We have worked with leading researchers and skincare professionals to develop a unique range of high performance, skin care products that you can sell under your own brand name.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

You will be tasked with managing new and existing client accounts, handling enquiries, giving advice, producing quotations and providing ongoing support through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling new product sales enquiries via telephone, email and the online chat on our website.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships within assigned client accounts.
  • Produce detailed quotations and raise new sales invoices.
  • Order materials from our packaging and print suppliers.
  • Meeting project deadlines for new and repeat product orders.
  • Support the account management and production teams with projects.
  • Attend monthly sales meetings with the management team.
  • Attend new client sales meetings in person and via video call.
  • Proactively seek growth opportunities with existing clients.
  • Work closely with the management team to enhance the products and services based on feedback from clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and data entry for client contacts and projects.

  • Stacking and wrapping pallets.
  • Greeting couriers with deliveries or collections.

Key skills

  • Previous sales and/or account management experience.
  • Experience using a CRM system, Microsoft software and emails.
  • Experience using Adobe software (not essential).
  • An excellent telephone manner and experience dealing with frequent incoming and outgoing phone calls.
  • A driving license.

Salary

£30,000 + Sales Commission

Job Details

  • Full-time, permanent – 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm
  • Additional pay: Annual bonus scheme subject to company performance
