About the Role
This Sales Executive role sits within the Access ERP division and is primarily focused on the Unleashed Software Inventory Management Solution – offering lots of opportunities for cross-selling other products, both inside and outside of ERP. The sales team spend time consulting with SMEs across a variety of industries, from breweries to medical device manufacturers. We are a dynamic team of individuals, working very much as a team, always open to change, learning from, and supporting each other.
About You
As an experienced Sales Executive, you’ll have a keen eye for detail and a passion for solving problems – with a commercial awareness and a growth mindset. With a strong discipline for time management and an ability to prioritize workload, you’ll possess high emotional intelligence and a natural ability to build rapport with customers – demonstrating enthusiasm and energy.

Day-to-day, you will be:
- Qualifying challenges and needs in product-based business around inventory management
- Managing and maintaining a healthy inbound and outbound pipeline
- Forecasting personal performance to the business on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
- Holding online demonstrations to prospects and managing needs/analysis sessions with them to determine ‘fit’ and manage through a consultative sales process
- Encouraging the adoption of pay-to-use modules and additional service to help Access meet its AOV and cross-selling goals and deliver more value to our customers
- Primarily working inbound leads/prospects with some outbound prospecting via LinkedIn and industry networking (ie. no cold calling through data lists)
- Ensuring accurate and timely information is updated in the company’s CRM system
- Occasionally attending and promoting the Unleashed brand at industry events
- Continually focused on training on our ever-changing products and integrations
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience in demonstrating/positioning straightforward solutions to complex problems
- Demonstrable experience or knowledge of the SaaS industry and core metrics
- Experience in-market working for a product-based business - which means that you can walk in our customers’ shoes from day one
- Degree level qualifications, which come with some great transferable skills
