Role Description
The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham. This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, and nurturing client relationships from initial outreach through to closing deals.

Day-to-Day Tasks

- Conducting discovery calls
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations
- Collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns
- Using data and CRM tools to track performance and forecast revenue
The Sales Executive will also:
- Gather market insights
- Provide feedback to improve service offerings
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction
The role is target-driven and requires consistent, proactive engagement with potential and existing clients.
Qualifications
- Strong consultative selling, prospecting, and negotiation skills, with the ability to close complex deals.
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, and relationship-building in a marketing or professional services environment.
- Ability to use CRM systems and sales analytics tools to manage pipelines, track activities, and report on performance.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills, including delivering presentations and writing client-facing proposals.
- Comfort working with data-driven sales and marketing strategies, and translating insights into commercial actions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented working style, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in sales or business development roles; experience in agency or consulting environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced, growth-focused setting.
