Sales Executive - Luxury Retail

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join a prestigious luxury retailer at its boutique in Chester.
Offering a salary of £35,000-£50,000, depending on experience, this role would suit a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building lasting client relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering a personalised service, developing your client base and contributing to the continued success of the boutique.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Driving sales and achieving individual and store targets.
- Developing strong product knowledge across a premium collection.
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales through client development and repeat business.
- Maintaining excellent standards of presentation and professionalism.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a consistently high standard of service.

About You
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a background in luxury or premium retail. Experience within jewellery, watches or another high-end retail environment would be advantageous.
You will be confident engaging with a diverse clientele, commercially driven and passionate about delivering a service that goes beyond expectations.
