Role Description

This full-time Sales Executive role is a hybrid/home based position. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage a pipeline of prospects, and build lasting relationships with customers in the digital and traditional offset printing sectors.

The role involves collaborating closely with technical and service teams to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate equipment and solutions. The Sales Executive will also track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and contribute to sales forecasting and market feedback.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, for smaller capital equipment, for digital sheet fed, and offset printing
  • Relevant education or training in sales, converting/closing, and key account management is advantageous, as is prior experience in the printing industry.
  • Experience and a network in smaller instant print, copy shops, inplants, government, and educational sectors would also be advantageous.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management, with the ability to progress opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, including effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working with technical products and solutions, with the capability to understand key product features and align them with customer needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office productivity tools to manage accounts, record activities, and produce accurate reports.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Required to travel to customer sites and industry events as required (We Believe in face to face meetings)
  • International travel to visit manufacturers as and when required, valid passport is essential
