Sales Executive

This is a 100% sales focused role which requires a systematic approach to engage with 18,000 contacts in the CRM. Primarily phone and email outreach where 70%+ contacts will already be broadly familiar with the company. Lead generation is also required by monitoring the market and approach new targets.

Work with Operations to ensure that regular reviews take place and their needs are met via a pipeline of interesting value-add briefings and networking events and recruit new to delegates.

Critical Success

A commercially oriented culture to drive high levels of engagement targeting 10 conversations a day. Ability to sell via initial outreach resulting in calls or meetings. Produce effective follow up proposals and highly organised in terms of follow up and regular communication.

Place of Employment

  • Central London Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays and home-based Mondays and Fridays unless on task.

Attendance at networking events will require occasional evening attendance or client demanding deadlines. In the event of attending non-London events (to include international activities), extended absence from the office could be in the region of 7 days subject to prior consultation.

Salary

£40,000 to £45,000 a year depending on experience

Commission

Expectations for success in role: £15,000 to £20,000
