Responsibilities include:
- Pro-active new business development.
- Achieving personal targets of sales and gross contribution.
- Identifying new profitable sales opportunities with existing clients.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Provide value to your existing and prospective customers
- Creating proposal and quotation documents.
- Promote the Integrity360 ‘brand’ by exceeding customer expectation and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in the sales experience
- Understand the customers’ key business drivers and strategic requirements and align our solutions and offerings to provide maximum value to Integrity360 and the client
- To identify and implement a contact strategy for target customers capturing all relevant detail in Salesforce.com
- Develop a comprehensive Managed Services and Professional Services growth strategy across your targeted customer base and grow our revenues from these services by implementing a robust account planning process
- Work closely with Solution Architects and practice specialists to grow & develop a strong opportunity funnel for your customer base.
- Meet and exceed activity and sales targets, whilst ensuring business growth, loyalty and customer satisfaction
- Use high volume automation techniques to stay connected to your base
- Target your prospective’s using data analytics
- Work closely with our marketing team to maximise the value from our marketing activities

What you bring to us
- At least 2 years Business Development experience with a proven track record of delivering results and driving new customer acquisition and account development
- Excel in starting and building professional business relationships.
- Ability to work on own initiative and is continually looking at ways to improve sales performance
- Experience of solution selling and customer acquisition within large enterprise customers
- Ability to influence at all levels.
- Interest in progressing through sales career.
- Thrive on regularly hitting or exceed your sales target.
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Exceptionally confident and engaging communication skills and customer focus, with the ability to gain a thorough understanding of the client's needs
- Curious and quick to learn
- Understanding of the Cyber Security Market is beneficial
