Description

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated individual with strong sales ability, business discipline and experience in Order and Execution Management Systems, to join our EMEA sales team based in London. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in enterprise solution sales within the capital markets and will be disciplined about the pace of progression through the sales cycle. The successful Sales Executive will develop strong relationships, drive new business sales and grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, selling OEMS and associated solutions to both buy side and sell side clients in the EMEA region.
  • Own the full life cycle of a sale - Actively building and managing a sales pipeline through proactive outreach, lead generation and qualification, forecasting, GTM strategy and planning. Always focusing on moving the opportunity forward.
  • Advanced presentation skills that effectively communicate tailored solutions and value to C-suite audiences.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to ask the business directly, command the room and manage high-stakes C-suite tension and communication.
  • Participating in the creation, presentation, and sale of a complete value proposition and proposal, understanding different levers to pull to create a proposal that aligns with the customers needs, budget and competitors pricing.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a mastery of value based selling techniques to effectively navigate objections and displace incumbent systems
  • Proven closer with a documented track record of consistently closing high value, multi year agreements.
  • Manage complex solution sales, working with product specialists to ensure that TT’s product suite is able to cover the prospect’s use case and requirements. Suggesting solutions/workarounds to meet these requirements.
  • Working closely with other regional sales teams, contributing to global opportunities
  • Building and maintaining GTM plans for top-tier prospects.
  • Hitting/exceeding annual and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Working with product teams to understand the roadmap and any new product initiatives, and Marketing teams to develop and execute sales campaigns.
  • Gather meaningful product feedback from the client base and identify industry trends to help push our products forward.
  • Travel is required 25 – 40%, depending on the time of year.
  • A highly methodical approach to managing multiple complex enterprise deals simultaneously
  • Meticulous data hygiene as it relates to pipeline, customer insights and deal metrics in Salesforce or an equivalent CRM

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • Substantial prior experience in new business sales required, in particular experience in negotiating Enterprise and Multiyear deals.
  • Experience selling Order and Execution Management Systems (OEMS)
  • Exposure to the Futures, Fixed Income, FX and Equities markets.
  • Good understanding of trading applications and the wider eco system (e.g. TCA, compliance, post trade).
  • The ability to articulate the value of execution algos to the end user
  • Strong abilities in the following business applications: Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years sales experience required.
