As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our Northern sales team.
Role Overview
Reporting to our National Account Manager, you'll be based in Manchester and play a key role in growing Signature Brew across the North of England. This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning of their sales career who is full of energy, loves getting out and meeting people, and wants to learn from an experienced team while helping build one of the UK's most exciting independent beer brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with pubs, bars, music venues and other on-trade customers across the North of England.
- Support our National Account Manager in managing existing customers and winning new business.
- Identify new opportunities and open new accounts for Signature Brew.
- Visit customers regularly to ensure our beers are well represented and performing strongly.
- Deliver engaging brand activations and sampling events with customers.
- Work closely with our wholesale partners to support distribution and availability.
- Represent Signature Brew at trade shows, festivals and industry events.
- Keep CRM records up to date and provide regular feedback on customer activity, competitor activity and market trends.
- Deliver against agreed sales targets and KPIs.

You Will Have
- Some experience in sales, hospitality or the drinks industry, although we're equally interested in attitude, energy and potential.
- A confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- A genuine passion for beer, music and hospitality.
- A willingness to learn, develop and take on responsibility.
- Strong organisation and self-motivation.
- The flexibility to travel regularly across the North of England.

Job Details
- Location: Manchester, with occasional visits to other key Northern cities including Liverpool and Leeds.
- Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 base salary + achievable quarterly bonus scheme (OTE £31,000 – £36,000+)
- Start Date: ASAP
