As we continue expanding across the UK and Ireland, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Glasgow and play a key role in helping our customers succeed with Dalux - and that is where you come in!
Your main tasks will be
As our new Sales Executive focused on the Owner segment, you will play a key role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging with building owners, facility managers, and real estate stakeholders. With a structured, proactive, and consultative sales approach, you will represent Dalux’s cutting-edge solutions and ensure an excellent experience from first contact to long-term collaboration.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively reaching out to potential clients and uncovering new business opportunities
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with building owners and real estate stakeholders
- Presenting and demonstrating Dalux solutions, tailored to customer needs
- Collaborating with our Customer Success team to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding
- Managing the full sales process including contract negotiations and pricing
- Representing Dalux at trade shows, seminars, and industry events
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a commercially minded team player with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and deliver value to clients in the construction and real estate sector.
We imagine that you bring
- Experience in B2B sales - preferably in SaaS, PropTech or Facility Management
- Familiarity with the Owner segment and/or real estate operations
- A structured and self-motivated way of working, with a strong customer focus
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
