Sales Executive
Tradedor manufactures specialist roller garage doors and distributes a comprehensive range of trade garage door solutions across the UK. As part of our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Sales Executive to focus on outbound business development, generate new leads, and build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
This is a proactive, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys opening doors, starting conversations, and creating opportunities. You will be office-based in Norwich and will work closely with the wider team to progress leads into long-term customer relationships, playing a direct role in driving the growth of the business.

This role will be office-based to support training, development, and close collaboration with the wider team.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads through outbound activity, research, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across the trade sector
- Qualify and progress opportunities from initial contact through to handover or order
- Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers including installers, contractors, and trade distributors
- Work closely with operations and production teams to understand customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of activity, opportunities, and follow-ups using CRM systems
- Identify new sectors and applications for Tradedor’s products and solutions
- Represent Tradedor professionally in all customer interactions and, where appropriate, at industry events

Personal specification
- Experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and initiating new conversations
- Confident communicator with a positive and professional approach
- Organised, motivated, and results-focused
- Willing to learn technical products and solutions
- Able to work independently while contributing to a wider team
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and CRM systems (Hunter.IO, etc)
Salary
The role offers a competitive fixed salary of £27,500 to £30,000 depending on experience. A performance-based bonus structure may be considered in the future once training is complete.
