Sales Executive - Private Aviation

Location: London, Shoreditch
Salary: £30,000 base + uncapped commission
OTE: £75,000+ Year 1
Working Pattern: 4 days per week in the office, 1 day from home

About the Role

Global Charter is looking for proven salespeople who want to build a serious career in private aviation.

Previous sales experience is essential. Aviation experience is not.

We have a proven track record of taking successful salespeople from industries such as recruitment, estate agency, SaaS and B2B sales and developing them into top-performing private jet brokers.

Some of our strongest brokers joined with little or no aviation experience. What they already had was the ability to sell, compete, build relationships and consistently hit targets.

We provide the aviation training, technology, inbound opportunities and support to help you make that transition successfully.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to take an existing sales skillset and apply it in a faster, higher-value and more rewarding industry.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
