The Client

We’re partnering with a leading global provider of investment management technology, fund administration, and investment operations outsourcing solutions.

With a strong reputation across the investment management industry and significant growth ambitions within private markets, the business is looking to hire an experienced European Sales Executive focused on Fund Administration solutions.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly respected platform with an established client base, strong market presence, and continued investment across the private markets ecosystem.

What You'll Do

As part of a growing Investment Manager Services sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across European private markets fund administration services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing a strategic sales and marketing plan
  • Identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities
  • Managing the full sales lifecycle from origination through to close
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with private markets managers and industry stakeholders
  • Delivering tailored proposals and solutions aligned to client requirements
  • Representing the business at conferences, seminars, and industry events across Europe
  • Maintaining deep market knowledge across private markets, regulation, and fund services trends
  • Collaborating internally across product, operations, and relationship management teams

What You'll Need

  • Strong experience within the private markets ecosystem
  • Proven track record in sales, relationship management, or business development within private markets and fund administration or investment services
  • Ability to manage complex sales processes and senior stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Commercially driven with strong organizational and analytical capabilities
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
